Dave I like the MSD ignitions ..... Mostly due to the flexability that you can buy for it.... I ran that little D motor out there on a MSD6 Al with a soft touch rev limiter and a rotary RPM chip....

I'll second Kieth's reco.We run a MSD 6AL on the Honda at 8700 RPM and it never has any ignition problems.I took this one off my old Chevy a number of years ago to use on the Honda so it's at least 8
