That's an ultra-rare factory installed Nitrous injection solenoid. OK, maybe not. My 0.02 is that if you can get away with not having the emissions crap, then do it. Someone please explain to me why

Let me qualify that statement above. Explain why you would want a gulp valve unless you are running the air pump and the rest of the emissions stuff.
