Jerry, I made new door panels for my 4/4. I started with 1/4" ply but found it too stiff. I went to 1/8" plywood and coated it with West System Epoxy so the wood wouldn't rot. Next I used some 1/4" f

Hi Jerry, I have used 1/8 masonite on a couple of Morgans with pleasing results. The factory sent along some 1/4 thick closed cell foam with the tub I got for the four seater. I think it's too thick

I have always preferred the original style and appearance of the interior as it was produced by Morgan. To achieve this we use very thin pylwood panelling for the interior panels and cover it with on
