Well, I have heard this before too. The person who told me SWORE it worked (He was from NY). So, unfortunately, I had a chance to try the experiment first hand via a speeding ticket. IT DOES NOT WORK

I smell a hoax. First off when have you seen any "standard" database, or software used by multiple govt. agencies in one state let alone in 50 states. In NJ they computers out the wahzoo and things a

I doubt seriously that all states use the same software. It might work in some places but I doubt it. In Ohio, the payment of a ticket is considered a "no contest" plea. You get the points! Kent Show

I have done a little different version of this in Iowa and it worked. Call the clerk of court, and ask if you can make payments. Pay $5 every month, sometimes skipping a month every once in a while.
