IIRC, the 65 through 67 are the only ones that have the different splines in the hub. I could be wrong though

Just a bit. Bugeyes used a more coarse spline, 5/8" or there abouts. 65-67 used a 3/4" fine spline, 68/69 went back to a 5/8 fine, somewhere in the 70s they changed again to a more coarse spline. So
