Can anyone confirm where is the best place to jack underneath our MGBGT, especially at the back end. Haynes doesn't really say exactly, it just seems to go on about jack safety. I saw something about

Well, the factory jack lifts up one side at a time, quite high. Two jack stands under the frame rail on that side would support it adequately. But I use a floor jack under the center of the diff freq

I jack the rear end with the jack under the pumpkin. Depending upon whether I want the springs compressed or extended I either put the jackstands under the spring mounts at the chassis or the spring
