Welcome Keith, Yes a locksmith can make a key without removal. The bolts, are snap head bolts, the heads snap off when sufficent torck has been applied, and can be removed with a little time and pati

I can only say for certain that this pertains to '77 B's (since that's what I've got), but a very common Honda ignition key fits the ignition very nicely thank-you. Best Regards, Chris Delling
