I have LAT-70's on my car, & while they are a good looking wheel & a good period piece they are a pretty lousy wheel from a functional standpoint. They require a tube, in a tubeless tire world. there

Why do you think you need to run tubes with LAT 70s? I'm sure many of us on the list including myself are running them tubeless. I anyway have had no problems running tubeless tires on the LAT 70s.

You are probably talking about original LAT 70's, if you have the repop ones, they do tend to leak, from the 2 sets I bought, I had to return 2 rims, and still 2 more have slow leaks... That is prob

Doug, You are correct about the original LAT 70's not having the "safety bead". It really has nothing to do with needing tubes. If you get a flat, the rim unseats itself from the rim without a bead,
