- And the clip ends up telling you that, after bringing this car home 2000 miles from Romania, they then "going to offer the car up to a collector". NOW it makes no sense at all.

- Well who knows. Maybe they have "a collector" in mind, who lives down the street with a climate-controlled garage, etc. It is odd on the face of it though. Maybe they just need an excuse to go to Rom

- They may mean 'offer for a price'? "May"? I think that is a certainty. I just don't understand why you would go all the way to Romania to get this car just to sell it. I expect they have some inflate
