The ignition module location can vary depending on the model and who insalled it. Some have a box that is screwed on the inner fender, others are totally enclosed in the distributor. Maynard Hirsch /

If it starts when the starter runs, and dies when the key is released, it is usually a ballast resistor, but I'm not sure if the 70 has one. I'm beginning to think that it might be the pointless syst
