Must be US only because my UK 69 does not have provision on the stalk for a horn. I also have a later stalk which appears to have provision for 4 way flashers to connect to it some how. My car's stal

The end pushes in for the horn, just like you push in the end of the opposite stalk to activate your washer pump.
