- Without going into the gory details my advice is to not worry about it and drive the car. Watch the valve clearance and if it starts to tighten up then you will need to replace the seats, but I doubt

- A respected research organization in the UK tested a number of brands of lead substitute available in the UK. They were testing to see if the products reduced valve seat recession. Most did nothing!
