Likely no problem on the pump, especially if its not making any noise. Just keep the radiator topped off. The water is probably coming from the "weep" hole on the underside of the pump nose, which is

I have to admit that I have driven my roadster several thousand miles since I first noticed a drip from the water pump, although I have been carrying a new pump around with me for most of that time.
