I have one also (MITYVAC) and it didn't work too well on my bugeye. It pulls a lot of air around the bleeder. I'm glad I borrowed it from a friend and didn't lay out the money for it. Dave 60 Bugeye

I think alot of the time when fellow Spridgeteers have trouble using the mityvac, they just aren't being persistant with the hand pump. Mine has always dropped some vacuum as your bleeding. Just keep
