- hammerrite is a finish that looks like you painted a surface with small dots of oil on it with a silver-gray paint. small craters dark in the centrer and silver on the edges-no particular pattern. t

- Jeff and others I have seen hammertone paint in about 6 colors (spray cans at local paint shop) red, green, silver, bronze, black, brown, and maybe blue. It retails for about $5 a can at Sipersteins
