When using a wedge between the rear leaf spring and the spring box on a 1/4 leaf car, is there a 1 to 1 relationship between the thickness of the wedge used, and the amount the rear will be lowered?

Larry are you saying your going to give your car a wedgy? And the answer is it will be lowered by the amount of the sine function of the angle of the wedge and the distance to the axle.

That would all depend on the shape (angle) of the wedge. If you extrapolate the angle over the entire length of the spring, that should give you the ammount it raises the spring (lowers the car). -
