On my C, I found bolts from the engine dismantling that would screw rig= ht into the bearing caps. I used these to pull the bearings out. I had to rock = them a little back and forth though. Cheers,

This is where your wire-wheel lead hammer earns it's weight in gold! You can beat on the less malleable steel with the softer lead without leaving a mark. Just another reason to own wire wheels... --

I do not recall the exact bolt size, but get the longest bolt you can find in that size and a slide weight of some sort. Ready rod, a large washer and a couple of nuts may work. Use the pipe or other
