Sounds like someone had lost the title and had a lost title made up. Here in Washington the state patrol gives the car their own serial # and removes the old one. The only catch is there should be a

Egad. What a nightmare. The body number looks about right for a 65, assuming the bodies were numbered sequentially (dicey). The engine number should be along the lines of 18GB. The 18V890 was swiped
