Called a company in Ca. called Novus who makes a kit for replacing the MGB tranny with a Datsun 5 Speed. Anybody have any experience with this? Here is what I was told. They manufacture a bellhousing

I already have a OD for my street car, I was thinking about the race car, I don't want to blow up a good tranny racing when I may need it someday for the street car..

Absolutely.. The car runs in the SCCA modified class. As a matter of fact the car used to run Road Atlanta back in the 60's, It's a Joe Huffaker built MGB.
