With the possible exception of Rover panels I don't think any will come with the nuts already welded on, certainly mine didn't. It's not a big deal even if you weld the new panels in place having for

I ordered the less expensive floor pans (I later heard that the more expensive heritage pans had the nuts welded on). It looks like not having the holes/nuts was not be a big deal. The body shop weld
