Does anybody have a quick-and-easy reference for how much to mill a standard 8.8:1 MGB head to achieve higher compression ratios? Any advice for optimum CR for a warm street engine (CR, cam, header)

For street use the primary limitation will be the gasoline octane rating. I had a MGTF that I had milled the head to the maximum and I found the only gas I could run without pinging was Sunoco Ultra
