The European 1962-71 dashboard looks to be the same as the US 1962-67 design. There may be a slight difference in the headlight switch holes, as only the 1967 US spec dash had the push pull headligh

You misunderstand me... perhaps I am misunderstanding Jon, as well... But to me, RHD means "right hand drive", i.e. steering wheel on the right side of the dash board, as in the UK and Japan LHD mean
