My Grainger catalog (#389) shows a few supply/exhaust fans 36" blade in frames ranging from 39 to 42 inches...but the bad news...prices range from $ 400-500. might be in your range...a little pricey

I put one of these in my shop last year. 36", dual cycle, auto-louvers, claimed throughput of 3500 cfm. It was $380 with a contractor's discount at Grainger. I hooked it up with a rheostat switch on
