David, you're right ... I think you get what you pay for with the paint, they have several levels of quaility at Maaco. You can pick and choose which is best for you. The body work is another issue.

I agree, the guys at the Maaco in Boulder have a particular interest in older cars to they did good work. However they are still not perfectionists and detail oriented like a true quality paint shop.
