Yes. However, as I understand it, this is NOT something you simply bolt in. The cap and block would have to be given to a machine shop who would "align-bore" this new cap to the proper size/alignment

No. The main bearings are all bored in-line (line bored) when built. The bearing would not be held parallel. Dean Rayner.
