My mechanic just told me that I need a new manifold on my '68 2000 Solex. He said the existing one is full of holes and thin in places. He doesn't think it can be welded. So, what are my choices now?

I would first ensure that you and your mechanic are talking about the same thing. The "header" commonly refers to the "exhaust header." The "manifold" commonly refers to the "intake manifold," which
