After painting the Rostyle wheels on my '71 B I realized I used cheap masking tape while masking off the silver to paint the black (too cheap to spring for a wheel mask I guess), and some of the glue

my first inclination is goo gone, it is a citrus degreaser, i have used it countless times to get stickers and tape off paint/plastic and anything else they will stick to. never tried it on semi fres

WD40 is quick and cheap. It won't hurt your paint either if it has cured. It is really a great all-purpose cleaner. Regards, Mark in MS
