I go to this guys place and he has 5 wires to sell. He doesn't know what they are off of let alone what size. SO, how do I measure for 14" or 15 " etc. I just took a flexable measuring tape to my C

The wheel diameter measurement is taken on the inner flange where the tire bead seats. Meaning you can't directly measure it with a tire mounted on the wheel (however, in that situation all you have
