You'll end up with nice seats in tan for probably not much more $$ - the tan ones were leather only, all the cloth Miata seats are black. And the leathers all have the headrest speakers, too. == Ron

I have a question for those of you how have installed Miata seats in your Spridget. Did you make some sort of adapter brackets to use the original mounting point in the floor, or just drill new hole

I've never mounted them in a Spridget, but I have in a Mini. I first flattened out the front mounting point changing it from an angled mount to a flat mount, then drilled new holes in the floor pan,

I flattened out the Miata mounting brackets (they have some bends and angles to line up with the Miata floor pan). Then I filled the old holes in the Spridget floor pan, fitted the new seats and mar
