- Yes, the engine will drop in. However, the tranny is much different. The shifter is in the tail piece! A blank off plate goes where our shifter plate (with hole) is. However, the gears appear to be

- When I got my Spit it had a Midget 1500 engine in it. However, it had Spitfire externals. The Midget carbs and other accessories that hang off it are somewhat different for clearance purposes. Not k
