I can't comment on the 14" wheels or the rear disc brakes but on the 1/4 lights, did you try steel wool? Sometimes they come up real nice. If you do remove them, be careful not to snap off the spring

I am not sure you could fit 175/60's in the rear wheel arch or a SWA Midget, but my guess would be yes. It really depends on the wheel you use and the offset. I have been working on my own design for
