I'd drill and tap the rims for some 10-32 screws to hold the disks on, like Harry Miller did in the 1920's on his INDY cars. Bob in connecticut

I used to have 6 10-32 screws holding each disc on, and they were a real pain in the buttox. Pulling a disc for tech, or just checking tire pressure took way too long. Moon will loan you a template
