So the car is back from the paint shop, and my blood pressure is finally coming down after realising that I bought two whole sets of bumpers from Moss, neither one of which is worth putting on a car.

The blame lies with Scarborough Faire and Moss Motors, they both can review and refuse the shipments if quality is too poor. Scarborough is just interested in making money, Moss has a bit more intere

It's my understanding Moss now has a guy that is in charge of "bad parts". I think he deals with distributors more than the final customer, but somehow I think you could report bad parts to Moss and
