- If it's dense white smoke coming out of the exhaust, and if you run anywhere near a 50/50 antifreeze mix, then you will be able to smell antifreeze in the exhaust, if that's what is causing the smoke

- Your temp sender is located on the intake manifold? This sounds like there is as air bubble near the sender and is reading steam temperature. What temp range thermostat are you using? It seems like

- Ron: The temp sender is on the intake manifold (Tiger). The thermostat is a 160 degree piece. I'm not sure how or why an air bubble would just set itself under the temp sender though. Steve

- Bob: Good idea. Now that I think of it, when I last installed that hose, the wire coil inside it kind of slid around. I wonder if it has moved, allowing the hose to collapse. I'll check that tommorow
