Was there a dent in the cover? Maybe he filled it and forgot to sand before refitting! heh heh. Or maybe he threw a rod at some point and decided to test the high strength of Bondo by fixing the bloc

No dents that I saw. The Bondo covers the entire cover above the pulley, including the bolts, so it was put on with the cover in place. The Bondo has little whisps in it like icing on a really nice c
