NO you CANNOT get ported vacuum on a carb that does not have it built in for that express purpose!!! You are better off not connecting anything to the distributor at that point. The Y connector is N

There should be a letter designation on the motor ID plate. I think "L" is for low and "H" is for high compression. It would be something like "12VC452L126984" with the "L" for low.
