This is probably a Moss Malvern. This is a "plastic" (glassfibre) kit car which looks very much as a 4 seater Morgan. The kit is usually based on a Triumph Vitesse or a Triumph Herald chassie. There

It will be a Moss Malvern, either based on a Herald/Vitesse or Cortina chassis. As kit cars go, not a bad one, some friends of mine have one and apart from a tiny fuel tank, they have few criticisms.
