Ok, some things that don't make sense on the '59: Tach and speedo have a light that says ignition, tach light goes on when bright lights are hit, speedo one is on while car is running. Oil press/wate

the ignition light switched from speedo to tach on the MKII Sprite (or vice versa) so 1 is a Bugeye, the other is a MKII. One should have the high beam light. (blue) Is it a Jaegers? Same thing, but

Lester, if it is like my '63 ( and I believe it is) look under the dash below the speedo for the trip odometer reset knob and there should be a small switch there as well for guage lighting.
