- Any of you folks out there know of a rubber shifter boot that is bigger than the stock bugeye boot? I want to keep the stock metal can, cut a bigger hole in it to hold a bigger boot that will work be

- I have a 5 speed in my Bugeye with the stock metal can. I use an MGB rubber boot, it has a few ribs in it but does not look out of place. Yeah, don't buy a new one, find a used one, it lasts longer.
