So if in fact DS is the new "factory tuner" class why does the Neon not belong there? After all it is the "American Club Racer" package and when it first came out was only available to SCCA members.

Now if a Neon ACR isn't a "factory tuner" car, I'm not sure what you would call it. The fact is, that several of the top GS drivers over the last few years would use top DS drivers as their "stretch"
