You're checking for spark but you also need to check for fuel. While you've been checking the filter on the fuel pump, there's also one inside the banjo bolt that goes to each carb, so there's two mo

I agree with Scott's recommendations, but the symptoms you report suggest that one or even both the carb pistons are stuck. Put your finger in the air inlets and see if you can raise the piston. If i
