- An uncle of mine ran a transmission shop, his claim was that those did work for a while. He said they would cause all of the rubber seals they come in contact with to swell, then after a bit of time

- There is probably a way to rig it so it is permanently attached to the underside of the car. I could come up with many ways to do this but don't want to be a pest (or 'litter bug'!) about it.... == D
