Did the same from Anaheim to Fresno at night with a Corvette. Moonstone P.S. Lights did get really dim and were shut off part of the time

Hello Sunbeamers: A little non-Tiger advice would be appreciated: The alternator on our lesser vehicle, a Chevy Blazer, is apparently toast. My tester shows it's putting out some voltage (10.5 volts)

Your battery holds how many amp hours? 60? 70? 80? A Blazer probably has a fairly large one. So how long is the trip, timewise? Can you estimate or measure how much the ignition, computer, fuel pump,

I'd go for it.If your not sure take another battery. But in the same circumstances I'v gone 200 kms....120 miles.....cheers

If your alternator is putting out 10.5v with at least some amperage; you could probably drive it forever as long as you did not shut it off. You would then need a jump start to get going again. Ther
