- It sounds like you may have a Mustang style clutch pressure plate designed for the mechanical ratio clutch linkage: if you still use a hydraulic clutch, you need to have a different arm ratio on you

- Jim, Allan, et Listers, Not sure what to make of your shifting problem Jim, but I don't believe there is any problem with the toploader shifting at high rpms, unless perhaps you have a pilot bearing
