It could be they tightened down the lug nuts, instead of evenly, one at a time with a impact gun. Which may have your wheels not running true. MAYBE ! Pat

Wheel balancing done right - yellow dot to the valve stem hole! If they don't know that, they certainly won't torque your lug nuts to spec! And watch those guys OR go to a smaller shop with a real me

You're lucky. I had new tires put on and they tightened the lug nuts so tight that I bent my 2' cross bar trying to remove them. Finally had to go back and have them untorque them. Pat I get remove

I had the same problem. I got home and fired up my compressor to use my impact gun, an IR 2131, to loosen the nuts and then torque them correctly. My gun couldn't remove them and it's rated at 450 ft
