I believe it is standard pipe thread, like a 3/8 pipe niple will work. Kent 266 works real nice for me. I had a more radical cam (Vizard VP7) In my other Sprite, I didn't like it for normal everyday

Check the block ID number. If it starts with 12cc, it's a thin wall. Most if not all 1967 1275s were thin wall. This was the first year of the 1275. The walls got thicker as the engine improved. BUT,
