You can tell I'm a panelbeater not a mechanic! How do you get the oil cooler lines out of the rad shroud, the rubber bushings are split but the hose fills up all the space??? Restoringly Yours, Bryce

If someone got them in you should be able to get them out, even if they are the wrong (oversize) hoses. I got the grommets fitted with the hoses in situ (PO omission), so that should give some idea o

It can be handy to apply some petrol jelly to the grommets before trying this job. These will "slide" into their position easier. Cheers, Hans

Put warm, soapy water onto the rubber bushings, then slide them out of the shroud. The split in each one makes it possible to turn it as you slide it out. This sounds more difficult than it turns out
