- Yesterday the longer of the two oil cooler hoses on my 72 BGT sprung a BAD leak. Is there any way to make a new hose using the existing fittings, or is a replacement hose the only option? Thanks in a

- I know I've heard in the past of folks getting new hoses made at a hose shop just by taking in their old fittings, If I recall correctly, the hoses were cheaper that way, too. I have no idea if that

- I had the hoses made for my 78B about 5 years ago. I took them to a shop that specializes in hydraulic hoses. They had the fittings. The told me it was a British Pipe thread. Significantly less money
