I've been told that all cars have a form of positve crankcase ventilation. While I have not seen a PCV valve for the R16, there is the hose from the valve cover to the intake filter housing. How does

The airflow through the carbs does draw some of the fumes from the inside of the engine. Not as good as the trick NASCAR setups where they are running negative crankcase pressure, but then we aren't

On my race car, in addition to the hose from the valve cover, I have a hose that runs from the opening in the block where the fuel pump normally bolts on, into a catch can. Another advantage to using
