i have experience with por-15 and can attest to it's adherence and rust-converting capabilities. once it's on, it's pretty much bonded to the metal chemically. of course, it can bond to your skin too

Yes Steve I do! I actually brushed Corroless on one car and POR15 on another, both TR6s. It depends on the type of finish you want. The Corroless takes a couple of days to dry, and never gets very ha

I will also attest to the Por15 and it's capabilities. I've not used Corroless, but plan to trial it in the near future. (My supplier stopped handling por15 and foisted off some inferior junk on me).
